All orders are captured on the website through the online store. For bulk orders please contact us at Orders will not be processed until payment has been completed and verified by our payment gateway, regardless if a confirmation of order has been received as this is automated. Should you have any issues during the ordering process please contact us either via phone on 0732452118 or in order for us to assist. Please leave a name and contact details in order for us to contact you should it be required.


Orders placed via the online store will require payment either via Visa, MasterCard, Amex – Via our payment Gateway “Eway”. Alternative options provided are Paypal or Afterpay. Your information is required and will be received by the payment gateway you choose to use in order to process the transaction. Please note we are not currently registered for GST.


All orders will be packed and processed the same day order is placed – if the order is placed before 14:30, once payment has been confirmed and verified. Orders made after 14:30 will be processed the following working day. While we endeavor to deliver to the nominated address within 48 hours, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery in outlying areas. Sometimes delays occur that our not within our control. Should there be a delay in releasing your order or we become aware of any delays in you receiving you order – we will contact you to ensure you are made aware of such. Note no deliveries are made over public holidays and weekends. Orders made on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday. Our preferred courier partner is Australia Post, although should for whatever reason at Pinkcup’s discretion, another courier may be used to ensure delivery of your order is made.

PRIVACY POLICY will not share or sell your information to any other third party. How ever in order to process your payment and ensure delivery, your information will be shared with relevant parties such as payment gateway and couriers to ensure your order is processed, payment is received and delivery can be made.


Due to the nature of the PinkCup menstrual cup and its intended purposes, opened or used products are not eligible for return, refund or replacement. No Exceptions will be made on this.

Unused and unopened products may at the customers cost be returned to a nominated address for inspection inline with our terms and conditions of refunds policy. Boxes and products damaged through couriers unfortunately cannot be accepted as returnable.

Should you receive a product you did not order ie incorrect size or colour, please contact us either via phone on 0732452118 or within 7 days in order for us to get you the correct order delivered in a timely fashion. We cannot dispatch replacements until the we have received the incorrect order.

Faulty products – If you receive a faulty or defective product, a refund will be offered as per consumer law. Every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of every product, including strict product quality control checks.

When purchasing the PinkCup menstrual cup whether from our website or through a reseller or third party , you agree to these terms.


While many have enjoyed the benefits the menstrual cup offers, like anything it is not for everyone. Should you find the PinkCup is not for you unfortunately no refunds will be issued.

We advise to allow for a minimum of three menstrual cycles to properly learn what works for you in terms of finding the suitable process for the inserting and removing of the menstrual cup. We have ensured sufficient material (Not limited to our website or Facebook page) to assist with the correct ways of inserting and removing and encourage full research into the inserting, removal and care process required for successful use of a menstrual cup.

The PinkCup is not a contraceptive and should not be worn during sexual intercourse.

It is advised to get the opinion and advice of your trusted General practitioner or Gynaecologist

Due to the PinkCup being a home personal use item, we cannot guarantee correct use and therefore are unable to take responsibility for any injury or damages that may occur when using the PinkCup menstrual cup. This includes but is not limited to infection due to incorrect sterilization of the cup or hands when dealing with the menstrual cup. As well as the removal of IUD’s and any other form of contraceptive. The owners of PinkCup are not doctors or Gynecologists, all information is a guideline and professional advice should be sought to ensure proper use of any menstrual cup.
